1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RealScan ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

RealScan is an AI-powered property intelligence platform that generates investment-grade reports for Indian real estate. The Service combines publicly available RERA data, AI analysis, and financial modeling to provide property scoring and intelligence reports.

3. Disclaimer of Investment Advice

RealScan does not provide investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. The RealScan Score, intelligence reports, AI narratives, and all other outputs are for informational purposes only. They should not be construed as recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any property. Always consult qualified professionals before making investment decisions.

4. Data Sources & Accuracy

RealScan sources data from publicly available MahaRERA registrations, Google Maps, and other third-party sources. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness, reliability, or timeliness of any data. RERA data is sourced from government portals and may contain errors or delays inherent to those systems.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to update it as necessary. You may not share your account or allow others to access the Service using your credentials.

6. Subscription & Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied with the Service.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not: (a) reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Service; (b) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (c) resell access or reports without prior written permission; (d) interfere with the Service's infrastructure or other users.

8. Intellectual Property

The RealScan Score, intelligence reports, and all platform content are the intellectual property of RealScan. Reports generated for your account may be shared via the built-in sharing feature. Mass distribution or commercial republication requires prior authorization.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RealScan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to losses from investment decisions made using RealScan reports.
